We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Marketing Manager to join our growing organization. You will be an integral part of PeerStreet’s Marketing team and initially report to the Director of Brand & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leverage customer insights, performance results, market intelligence, and creative thinking to identify new marketing ideas
  • Influence senior leaders and the internal partners on goals, customer-centricity, marketing strategies and tactics to achieve results
  • Leverage an extended team of cross-functional experts to assist in the creation and delivery of brand & marketing innovation & campaigns (analysts, data science, sales, public relations, creative, product, operations, legal, and tech)
  • From time-to-time, partner with cross-functional product discovery teams to investigate the creation of new breakthrough products 
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables. Identify any potential impediments to either autonomously problem solve, or escalate to senior leaders for help as necessary
  • Design and deliver brand defining experiences and go-to-market strategies for potential and existing customers
  • Bring brand and marketing knowledge, expertise & experience to the team
  • Balance big-picture strategic thinking with detailed execution and operations
  • Partner with strategy, analysis and growth team members to experiment and quantify the impact of marketing experiences on macro business objectives
  • Be a marketing channel owner, responsible for building campaigns, managing execution and budget and delivering results to the appropriate audiences

  • Can establish test & learn agendas to build the case for marketing transformation
  • Can manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining excellent and accurate work.
  • Maintains an understanding of external environmental trends, industry trends, competitor trends to spark fresh ideas and ensure team capabilities can meet the evolving marketplace
  • Understands how to seamlessly bridge customer acquisition with customer nurture experiences
  • Seeks out opportunities to build good partnerships and relationships with other teams
  • Grounds decisions in customer insights, industry trends and goals


  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or customer experience strategy
  • A BS / BA in marketing or communications or similar
  • Experience translating customer insights, experiments and analytics into marketing strategies
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies
  • Experience leading project or process management functions within a marketing organization
  • Experience partnering with tech and operations teams on retail experiences
  • Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to partners and senior leadership audiences
  • The desire to work in a fast paced, start-up environment where you’ll be challenged every day
