Paid Media Specialist


We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who has experience executing flawless campaigns for DTC companies. The ideal candidate will be motivated by data and loves launching and optimizing paid accounts with a keen eye for detail. Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Work with Paid Media Manager to execute the strategy across paid search & shopping, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram and TikTok to a ROAS goal
  • Manage our shopping feed to ensure feed-based ad placements are optimized for key terms.
  • Responsible for successful campaign execution across all ad platforms in search, social & video, including account pacing, optimization, and creative launches
  • Optimize paid channels to hit defined KPI targets, both revenue based as well as site engagement metrics
  • Work with creative teams to create a cohesive brand experience throughout the advertising funnel for each market.
  • With Performance Media Manager, execute on testing roadmap through iterative creative and landing page A/B tests on a biweekly/monthly cadence to maximize key metrics, within our brand framework.
  • Pull weekly reports into MS Excel to surface keyword, creative and audience insights for Manager & Director


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • 1.5-3 years launching & managing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager & similar platforms.
  • DTC e-commerce experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end web performance metrics
  • Google Merchant Center & feed management experience


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a ROI-forward approach to prioritizing projects
  • Has a passion for growing e-commerce brands in an exciting space
  • Able to make confident recommendations supported by data. Wants to fully understand how each audience, keyword, creative combinations deliver performance and creates testing/optimization ideas from these insights.
  • Understanding of the current & future state of growth advertising to fully leverage machine learning capabilities
