About this role:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager / Online Growth Manager to join our team.
You will work closely with the Head of Growth and the founders, ensuring that we are optimizing our performance marketing budget while maintaining our high standard of brand excellence. You will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.
US HQ is based in Miami, we also have a Paris (FR) office, we are open to a hybrid and remote role.
What You'll Do
Develop the paid growth media strategy in partnership with the Head of Growth.
Work closely with the content manager and art director to establish winning messaging and assets.
Brief the creative team for creatives
Collaborate with our Product, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams on product launches
Manage paid acquisition across all existing channels (paid social, search, display, video: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), with accountability for CAC goals.
Employ data-driven strategy in order to optimize campaign efficiency (CPL, CPA, CAC) while delivering against growth targets.
Ensure successful measurement and attribution to build a clear view of our best performing campaigns, and marketing’s overall impact on customer growth.
Stay abreast of new trends, tactics, tools, and partners that can help us deliver a first in class digital strategy
Manage and report KPI’s (CAC, LTV, etc.) and attribution modeling for channels. Build, monitor and report on all paid KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations based on performance metrics
Partner with CRM on audience development in relation to new customer acquisition.
Collaborate with e-Commerce team for onsite optimizations such as product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements
Who You Are
4+ years direct experience executing paid media marketing and lead-gen/demand generation
Deep knowledge of executing large-scale digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
Proven track record successfully managing acquisition budgets and taking a company through an intense growth period.
Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
Data driven and analytically focused, you narrow in on the most important KPIs and ruthlessly optimize them with continuous testing and improvements
Experience with tagging and tracking Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar and funnel optimization
Must be fluent in English

Experience in e-commerce / D2C
Experience using Criteo
Experience at a media agency
