WeLoveNoCode is the largest no-code marketplace that connects 5,000 companies and 50,000 no-code developers. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and already raised $3M in funding led by Mantis VC.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager, who will be in charge of our growth initiatives. This role is for a strategist and a hands-on executor willing to take ownership and run hundreds of marketing tests.
Your team will be 2 people (web dev and designer) from the start but you could hire more! We build everything using no-code tools like webflow/bubble so you would quickly be able to edit things. Why: we have a goal to build a $1b company without using code 🙂
You will be working directly with me - Nik (founder) My Linkedin ( Thiel fellow, Forbes 30u30, 500 Startups, On Deck Scale, Reforge 5x, etc…)
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Launch our new products on Product Hunt (take a look at what we launched recently)
- Improve SEO to achieve 50k keywords
- Manage producing content
- Build the largest no-code community
- Testing new marketing channels.
- Working closely with GTM and marketing analytics.
- Come up with all crazy ideas to drive 10x growth
- Build a marketing team

What skills and experience will you bring?
- Founding experience is a plus
- 2+ years of managing growth, preferably at talent marketplaces.
- You love no-code
- You had experience of scaling SEO (content / programmatic)
- You’re highly organized; you’re comfortable managing many workstreams; you ensure that work is done in good time.
- Data-driven; strong data analysis skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and GTM. Understanding of how to improve CAC, LTV, ROMI, CPM, CPV, CTR, CPC, CPA (and you don’t need to google what this means 🙂
- Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Webflow - Familiarity with Hubspot, Airtable, Figma
