Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale.


Dirty Labs has an immediate opening for an ambitious and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to drive acquisition and build compounding growth. This role is a combination of strategic work and hands-on management of marketing campaigns and tools. Right now, we need someone to roll up their sleeves and help us with execution, but there is plenty of room for growth and there will be ample opportunities to do creative & strategic work.


What you’ll do:

  • Assist with and manage various projects across all marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, influencer, paid & organic social, referral, affiliate marketing, email marketing, as well as analytics and insights influencing these channels.
  • Help define, iterate, and scale processes that drive sales growth & improve efficiency.
  • Continuously test and learn to identify best performing acquisition tactics, across platforms, targeting, messaging, creative formats etc.
  • Project & process management.
  • Track and analyze performance.
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities.


Specifically, you'll...

  • Establish and execute strategies focused on new customer acquisition using both your left and right brain (i.e. creative + analytical, since growth marketing is part art and part science).
  • Drive projects from ideation to execution, including gathering insights, developing strategic briefs, gathering resources, setting up experiments, measuring results, and (informally) presenting findings & recommendations.
  • Gather insights & analyze data to inform the development of an experimental roadmap and campaigns. You'll extract insights and use the findings to drive key decisions & optimize performance across channels.
  • Ensure optimal impact & learning from growth experiments by maintaining organized playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards.
  • Build and provide performance reporting on all marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
  • Experiment across platforms, conducting deep analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth.


Ideally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing & growth.
  • A lean, data-driven, process and OKR-oriented mentality.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Hands on experience running Google Ads and/or Facebook Ad campaigns.
  • Self-motivation and a bias for action.
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
  • Experience using data-driven decision making to inform your actions.

  • Experience launching and scaling strategies the ground up and you have a point of view on how to adapt to the growth / marketing ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience growing revenue via growth experimentation // performance marketing. Ideally you came in early at a company and helped grow it.
  • Consistent track record of solving complex problems and driving results in a fast-paced and variable environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience, health and dental insurance, FSA, stock options, and remote position.
