Role Description
We’re for an experienced Growth Marketer to help establish our brand and drive our go-to-market strategy and campaign performance to drive client acquisition and accelerate growth across our B2B marketplace. You will be the first marketing hire in a fast-paced and growing startup. You will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of programs that drive pipeline and retention to exceed company targets. You will work closely and partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product/Engineering on developing and maintaining analytics, dashboard and reporting. You will report directly to the CEO.
What you will do:
- Lead all growth marketing and demand generation efforts, including development and execution of strategy to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a pipeline to exceed company targets
- Planning, executing, evaluating, and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Enabling Sales with materials (content, playbooks, email language)
- Understand and implement best practices to develop and execute our inbound lead generation
- Lead, manage and execute SEO strategy, and also able to execute with use of AI and data automation
- Define lead quality, optimize marketing processes, and implement best practices to improve conversions and deliver smoother marketing and sales handoffs
- Balance lead volume and quality to achieve return on marketing spend and meet budget
- Form a tight partnership with Sales to meet/exceed sales goals
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in Growth Marketing/digital analytics in fast pace startups
- 5 years in planning and executing growth strategies in the B2B space (B2B or B2C marketplace preferred)
- Intellectual curiosity
- Depth in full-funnel marketing initiatives and a performance marketing approach
- Advanced in marketing automation platforms
- Creative thinking around awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a high-growth startup with the ability to wear multiple hats
- Solution-oriented, motivated, and creative thinker
