Growth Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Growth Analytics Manager with a strong understanding of the customer acquisition funnel and growth tactics such as SEO, digital advertising, and conversion rate optimization. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will build the growth team’s analytics foundation, analyze growth marketing campaigns and experiments, and provide recommendations and generate ideas for net-new growth initiatives. You will work across the organization, with key stakeholders on our community teams, product and engineering, biz ops, and finance.

Your Responsibilities will include: 

  • Bringing a data and insights-first approach to campaign and experiment planning, execution, and optimization
  • Creating a framework and ongoing process for developing and calibrating quantitatively-driven growth plans for each community
  • Designing and implementing dashboards for different internal audiences to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of growth programs 
  • Acting as internal subject matter expert for growth metrics, CAC, and LTV
  • Developing a rigorous reporting program for internal partners at various levels of the organization
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure the growth team has data to target, segment, and measure its efforts
  • Assisting with the formulation and presentation of data visualizations and growth insights 
  • Evaluating and helping implement analytics and data tools that support growth initiatives 
  • Partnering with early growth team colleagues to develop and scale the growth function

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ of hands-on experience with marketing analytics, ideally working with a few different business lines or agency clients
  • Fluency with marketing levers such as CRO, SEO, website analytics, email, and paid programs and with marketing attribution
  • Extensive experience working with spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, and potentially even more technical data languages and tools
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing platforms, such as Heap, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, social platforms, and BI tools
  • Clear and succinct written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cater to different audiences
  • Exposure to B2C and B2B business models, ideally including subscriptions, sponsorships, events, and one-time revenue sources
