You will work hand in hand with our venture builders to create the biggest impact possible on a diverse range of projects, industries and clients.


Therefore, we are currently looking for a Growth Hacker. As our go to expert on growth hacking, you are obsessed with experiments, new tools, data and love to continuously challenge yourself. You’ll be able to learn (more) about innovation and develop your own expertise on venture building.

This isn’t your everyday growth role, as we want somebody who wants to learn about innovation and develop themselves in this field. You won’t just be optimizing an existing digital product, we will teach you how to test new business ideas and work on early stage products. Most importantly, every project  we do focuses on meeting the needs of our future, making it a better place than it is now. You will make a positive impact on the world with your work. 


Primary Job Responsibilities: 


  • Design and execute experiment plans; validate hypotheses for which you set up and manage experiments
  • Design landing pages to test critical business assumptions;
  • Setup paid ad campaigns on a variety of platforms
  • Design landing pages to test critical business assumptions
  • Map a pirate funnel and formulate metrics
  • Turn customer insights into actionable business decisions; interpret experimental results and decide on actionables
  • Write clear briefs for designers


Must haves:

You have worked with digital products and know a thing or two about user experience. You know how to build a great landing page and you’ve might have launched your own product before.

You think in terms of experiments, you move and iterate fast. As you go, you’re not afraid to try bold experiments, because failure is a lesson learned ;) 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; in growth hacking, as a digital marketeer or a similar experience;
  • Know how to use common tools and platforms (we use Google Ads, Instapage, Usability Hub, Zapier, Facebook Ad Platform etc)
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre)
  • Experience at an agency is a plus
  • Salary ranges between 3.000,- & 5.000,-, depending on experience
