My client, APX Platform, is looking for a full-time digital growth marketing expert to help us develop and implement an expanded growth strategy as we enter our next phase of growth in the medical aesthetics industry.


Founded by leading practice management consultant & business coach, Terri Ross, APX is revolutionizing the medical aesthetics space with business intelligence, on-demand staff training, financial and marketing analytics, along with other tools that are tailored to the specific needs of medspas and plastic surgery practices. 


In this role, you will report directly to the CEO to ideate, test, and prove out targeted digital strategies designed to grow APX Platform’s audiences, generate and nurture leads that convert into sales meetings and grow revenue.


This is the ideal role for a digital marketer who embraces challenges and knows how to move quickly while letting the data point the way. Must be someone who can make their own decisions, someone who thrives when given the freedom to experiment and think outside of the box without the red tape and bureaucracy of the corporate world. Conversely, this person must also be adept at working with start-up-level resources, which means having a knack for identifying the quick wins and prioritizing those things with the highest return on effort.

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Developing & implementing APX’s big picture growth strategy, including branding, messaging, target audiences, and channel strategy  
  • Ownership of all marketing comms for the company 
  • Ownership of company content creation strategy
  • Ownership of digital advertising efforts
  • Ownership of website
  • Ownership of email & SMS marketing 
  • Ownership of funnels and nurturing sequences 
  • Managing outside marketing vendors 
  • Implementing ongoing marketing automation and content strategies to re-engage past leads.  
  • Developing and managing systems that facilitate a seamless handoff of Sales Qualified Leads to our Business Development Team and allow for actionable feedback from the Sales Team back to Marketing. 
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent marketing reporting system based on core KPIs
  • Ongoing analysis of marketing and sales performance and informed adjustment of strategy.



  • Minimum 5+ years of strategic marketing and B2B experience 
  • Strong and demonstrable understanding of all key digital marketing channels and strategies—organic & paid search, organic & paid social, email, SMS, lifecycle automation, web, content marketing etc. 
  • Experience with product or SaaS marketing 
  • Experience with or willingness to rapidly learn the aesthetic industry
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Proficiency with graphic design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Figma (print design skills a plus) 
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Familiar with webinars, sales funnels and sales pages to convert
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proven track record of high achievement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal direction and maintain working relationships with peers who challenge you to be better
  • HUBSPOT, Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Video editing capabilities a plus
